The reality that 14% of European workers are involved recommends that a lot of European supervisors struggle to do either. Firms that throw this pattern view interaction as a tactical top priority. They acknowledge that the manager-employee connection is one of the most crucial vehicle driver of interaction and organic development, and they approach the task of raising interaction with the same rigor, self-control, and dedication that they approach various other service troubles.

The excellent news is that most of Europeans are disengaged but not dissatisfied. They are resting on the sidelines, waiting to be influenced. They are winnable, and firms can fix this gap by better equipping their managers with the understanding and growth they need to be better individuals managers.
